We specialise in supporting individuals diagnosed with mental health, learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and with severe challenging behaviour.
We provide community support to various service users referred to us from direct payment and different local authorities. This is usually followed with a referral from the local authority, based on the care package agreed upon with the local authority or on a direct payment plan with the parent.
Depending on the identified needs of the individual service users, the care package varies from 3 hours per week of support in the community or more.
To promote the well-being and safety of our service and staff, the individual service user is supported in the community on either a 2:1 or 1:1 staffing level of support depending on the identified risk. Our staff have a duty of care towards service users.
